LOL, some people seem to be mising the point... As a factory special, they're very rare, hence the price... Turbo II's are an awesome but of kit, mid-engined, RWD... I'd have one in my garage anyday, and I bloody hate French cars!!!

I doubt any race Turbo 2 would have panel gaps that line up. These machines are 100% race cars. Think metro 6r4. Would a race 6r4 have perfect panel gaps, I doubt it. It would have the odd battle scar. Remember its not really for road use its a competition machine.
People are totally missing the point with this. Who likes group B rally cars. Think of it as one of those, not a Max power R5. 6R4s are ugly too but people on here love them. And there a f**king austin Metro!!! This car has as much in commen with a normal R5 as a 6R4 does with your grans 1.1 vandenplas metro.

there very good cars mate.and in the right hands on tarmac.and mods.not alot will stay with them..am just waiting to get mine back from john price rallying.maxi spec engine. bore to a 1.6. + efi oh and a tdc gbox.

People are deffinatley missing the point.
Guys.....its a serious rally/race machine, f*ck panel gaps who cares when your running mid engine rwd and serious power.....panel gaps would be the last thing on my mind.
Its not a chav mobile, its a RALLY CAR.......most of us wouldnt even handle the thing, i hold my hands up and say i would probably last about 10 minutes before smashing the thing up, it takes alot of skill to race or drive one of these.....fast.
This car is from the '80's when rally cars were REALLY rally cars, not f*cking ford focus'es and bloody citroen c4's........their absolute shite compared to this beast, their chicken feed, like comparing a childs toy with the real thing.
There were no luxuries, no in car driver assitance and all that.....it was...driver....and machine, and thats your lot son.
This R5 deserves respect. Have you ever SEEN or HEARD one of these go?! Its like nothing you will ever hear these days.........
