Thanks, the build quality of the clutch is second to none, it is a great clutch, you fit and you forget. The pressure plate is Japanese pressed steel, the flywheel weighs jus' over 3kg and the whole clutch assembly jus' over 14kg.
Bit of a compromise really depending on what you make of it i think. The way Toyota have the stock one's press fit in my opinion is a more fail safe option, but it also causes more friction in the rotating assembly which means more heat. The free floating pins are good for better lubrication so less friction and heat is expelled more efficiently, but with retaining circlips on either side of the pin, there is jus' more shit to go wrong.
