5e- Crank bearings, rod bearings and Uprated piston rings to suit 74mm 4efte pistons

as per the title

took my 5e engine apart today and just need the following to build it back up.

new crank bearings
new 5efhe rod bearings
uprated piston rings or standard new ones

can get the number off the crank and rods as im awear theres a vew diffrent varients but who can supply them to me??

I'm pretty sure Sam can get them for you, or you can get the same items for a 1991 - 1995 Paseo, it's what I used

ill give him a shout, needed to cheer myself up so i stripped the 5e down. will get the GT back on the road tomorrow then continue cleaning the 5e and start assembleing

i dont think itll ever be funny i had alot of patients and payed good money for them :|
