ABS Light

Hi guys,
I fitted a new aloy civic rad to my GT last week and not I seem to have an ABS issue… ABS light on the dash.
I assume it may just be coincidental.
Anyway, I followed the steps to carry out a diagnostic test bridged TE1 and E1, however the engine warning light just constantly flashes opposed to flashing in a sequence if that makes sense.
Is there other way to test. My car is a 1994 GT.
Thanks for any info

Brake fluid level good, maybe pads are low and bringing it on as more fluid is used from the reservoir ?

So I tested again with the above instructions and the abs light flashed an error code 32. Front left wheel sensor malfunction. How do I replace the wheel sensor or can it be cleaned?

The are held in with 1 bolt just on the hub Bud
Could also be the abs ring cracked on the shaft itself.

Thanks man. I took the 10mm boot out but couldn’t figure out how to remove the sensor. It’s seems like the metal bracket has to come
Off first as the sensor was slid underneath it.
Abs ring etc looked ok

I've been comparing the Yaris and Caldina 1s I have in the garage and only different I can tell is wire length. I know certain lexus jeep 1s will work on the st185 gt-four, was going to use the Yaris 1s today on the rear on the Caldina but lashing fs

That looks like it's jammed in there since birth, soak with copious amounts of WD40 and be gentle as it's plastic. If you can see the pickup without removal try to give it a bit of a wipe. It's a magnet so if any metal (rust for example) gets onto it the signal goes weird and a code is triggered. Might be a better option than prying it out of there.

Thanks man. I had an idea that the Yaris one may fit.

Agreed Jay. I don’t think they have been removed since 1994. How could I access the pick-up without removing the sensor?

If you can see it at all I'd try spraying some brake cleaner in up round it, as Jay says maybe a bit off keek on it.

So, from what my analog digital calipers say that's 17mm.
Only difference i can see is length of wire and the plug, that's a 04 front Dina and 01 front Yarrari I'm comparing and can't see the starlet being any different really.
Can anyone confirm the size and diameter etc on a starlet sensor ?

Quick update.

So I was fighting with the car trying to remove the abs sensor earlier. I have managed to wedge 80% of the the sensor out of the hub, but I cannot for the life of me remove it fully.

I was thinking about maybe heating it up to try and remove it fully? Or does anyone else have any removal tips?

Thanks
