advice... boost too high

been wanting to rebuild my turbo for a while as it was a little bit smokey on boost... didnt have much work in today so decided to crack on... all went quite nicely and even replaced sum of the gaskets that were blowing while i was at it... driving home i notised it was boosting at 1.2bar where normally its 12psi... do i need to re-set-up my hks actuator as i took it off?? or is there a bigger issue there??? also the chatter sounds alot louder... any advice??? thanks

Try adjusting the actuator first

the chatter would be alot louder because of the higher boost level, try adjusting the arm of the actuator out (longer) and see if it brings the boost back down

yeah dude, adjust the actuator out longer to get the boost back down. i wouldn't do too much driving if your not sure as you don't wanna bugger all the gaskets you've just put in.. plus the engine rebuild if it goes.

i run mine at 0.6 bar boost at the moment which i find alright at the moment for a pretty standard set up.
