Any clue what parts these are?

Hey Guys,
Quick question, in the pic I outlined a few things blue. Where are these parts from/belong to? At first I figured it was all part of the TMIC stuff but I have gotten several requests for just those things (not all together but still).

And a secondary question, what would a original TMIC kit go for now? (as on the pic)

Aluminum part is to mount the tmic to the engine (front side) and the black one is also for mounting the tmic to the intake/ functions as throttle pulley cover.

The black plastic covers are for covering the bolts used to mount the front bumper. Pretty sure these are now discontinued and not to common anymore.
