any way to check if someone has a certain licence or not?

one of my "mates" has just bought a motorbike and is riding it round on the road. he really pisses me off as he is known for driving with no insurance, tax fraud etc etc, but never gets caught.

im 99% sure he doesnt have a bike licence, but is there any way of checking?

I'm not sure if you'd be able to find that out unless you have a police friend...or he shows you his license and you check what he's rated to operate. Over here at least a civilian cannot access that kind of info without someone on the "inside" helping out.

Before he does himself or anyone else damage. Have a friend that near killed himself on a 600 Fazer years ago with the same outlook on life. A head on crash into an oncoming Porsche changed matters slightly!
