I'm an Amiga man through and through. Still keep an old A1200 running for some Sensi Soccer in fact!

Also have a Spectrum 128k, Lynx, Gamegear, PS1, Megadrive and A500+ somewhere.

That's one thing I could never get used to - emulators.

Lemmings doesn't feel like lemmings without the old commodore brick mouse. Nor does Cannon Fodder. Speedball 2 isn't the same without the rattling zipstick complaining with every move.

I can't even get used to Tetris being in colour lol.. :haha:

lol ah speedball 2 the good old bitmap brothers, there's an PC version somewheres and it worked well with the pc analog sticks, I still have my first "computer" a zx81 with 16k ram and thermal printer lying in a box here. I came from a cpc128, pc background owned a gameboy at 1 stage.

When I think of the hours spent in front of the computer...

Civilisation (Amiga)
Wonderboy (C64)
Dizzy (Speccy)
Sensi World of Soccer (Amiga)
Road Rash (Megadrive)

This list could run into hundreds lol

i wasnt expecting all these replys so quickly! i dont really have much amiga stuff. ive got a 2600 and some games for it and i also have a few atari jaguar games but not the console to play them on.

i was never really a fan of emulators either. Ive got all the road rash games on the megadrive, couldnt beat wacking the policeman on his bike with a bat or chain haha.

I've had about every console and computer out over the years back to spectrum and the commodore Vic 20 lol somebody gave me an old console a few years ago still boxed can't remember what it's called it's in my loft I've never heard of it I will have to have a look and post it up see if you know of it

Who remembers anti matter splatter and cops and robbers on the Vic 20? Amazing graphics lol

I could never get the parents to buy me a Console when I was younger, the first computer in the house was a BBC Master with a few games but nothing I dont think that anyone would ever have heard of! Though it did have Jet Set Willy and Lander

My own first computer was a home built 386 33Mhz with 4megs of ram and two 20meg hard drives! Doom2 took up an entire hard disk!

But my favourite games back then where X-Wing, Tie Fighter, Doom1&2, Theme Park, Civilisation, Colonisation and Indy Car, the list could just keep going!

Use to love James Pod, Road Rash and many others. I wish they would make a re-make of the PS1 game Team Buddies, loved that!
