have you checked continuity from ecu to the sensor and short to ground and resistance?

cheers dude....not as such but the voltage reading is the same at the sensor end and the ecu end as i tested both.

car to elaborate? im not great with electrics but im capable lol

another bump - continuity is spoton on all mnap sensor wires... could it be TPS related?

think im sticking to my mazda for another 6 months now :( but still need to sort this out!

Have you tried another ecu? Also unplug and bridge the 2 bottom pins of the tps and plug the map sensor in if it's ok tps is at fault

Also is the map sensor pipe collapsed or blocked? It's worth trying another vac pipe and connecting it to another vac source?

already tried that dude :( might be worth noting also that i testing whats happening to the injectors as the map sensor is plugged in, and its showing the moment the map sensor is plugged in the injectors close and see no voltage atall

the voltage at the injector clip itself looses the voltage - everything else electric stays on, i also tried the ecu from the sporif conversion too (same ecu) haha, still same issue. got the be a wire im missing...

not that i can see. i mean it was fine before i took it off the road so its down to it being sat over time or just bad luck... i ideally need to know if any other sensor is directly linked to the map sensor?

All the sensors are fed from a 5v driver from the ecu.cts is worth a try if it's been sitting a while. If you find the fault I would like to know it's bugging me

lol its buggin you try being me haha, ill post results as i find them the temp sensor seems ok as the e manage reads it ok with the car running,
thanks for you input :) just hope i can solve this bloody thing

The latest:

if i remove the emange the car now works perfectly;

with the emange installed the car still behaves the same and dies BUT if i clamp the airlfow voltage to under .40 volts the car will stay alive, but this means the ecu sees no map voltage...

airflow signal on the emanage ready roughly 2,7volts in and out but im clamping the output 0 volts up to 0.40 volts for the car to work

one more footnote... if i set jp 21 on the emanage to open i dont have tp clamp the voltage but i get an error on the EMU saying incompatible airflow signl

anyone got an ideas for that?
