baught a car of a friend of mine that i knew was not boosting correct.
when i baught the car it would only barely make .3 .4 bar boost. checked all intercooler pipes and found a massive leak.
taught problem was solved but no. drove the car easy same thing except it made .5 this time.started watching the boost on the avcr and it didnt match the boost gauge.
the harder you drove the car up in the revs the more the car would boost all the way up to .9 on the gauge but only .6 on the avcr.
my friend had taught it was the actuator was causing it and had changed it for standard actuator.
i refited his old hks actuator and helped a bit but still not up to 1 bar.
i disconnected the solinoid and the pressure sensor of the avcr and the car still boosted .9..
before car started driving bad it used to boost 1.0 bar and build it up fairly fast.
anyone any ideas i think when i set up the avcr for 1.0 bar and 66% duty then initalise it, stop off the car when i come back its back down to.6 again and 33% duty?
