Battery charger recommendations!?

Looking for a new battery charger?

Been looking at the c-tek chargers, but not really sure what one to get?
Any recommendations?

I would ideally want one that is good for starlet sized batteries, slightly larger batteries like the one for my rx8 and motorbike batteries.

I remove my batteries over the winter and will put them on charge periodically during the winter months.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I've been advised by automotive coworkers to buy a CTEK. In particular the MXS 5.0 or better which is good up to 110Ah and trickle charge to 160Ah.

I have this one

That is one I was looking at, but didn't know if it was a bit overkill and the msx 3.8 would do?

I do have a halfords charger of a similar style to that. It does the job to a point, but I find that as my cars get little use, I really need a trickle charger.

I'm also interested in the recondition facility as my batteries seem to lose their edge quite quickly!

I have a CTEK MXS 5.0 and various others.

However my favourite go too charger is my Absaar Pro 8.0 (german brand and very good quality) I like their simplicity and they are one of the only chargers with a digital display / screen on the market.

I like them so much I have 2 of them and an older 6amp model too.
Also they are only about 2/3rds the price I paid for the CTEK and they charge the big capacity batteries too- 160 or 220 ah if I recall correctly as well as having an AGM charging mode, low temp winter mode etc.
