No,porting the td04 will not give you some power ,due to the fact that the power is done by AR ,turbine,exhaust...
porting this will help you to spool a litle ,ro avoid boost creep but not power

better spool up will do fine seems to be working on a few cars they notice better turbo spool up,seems such a waste not to match it to the gasket ,nice smooth finish as casting imprint all gone
