Should be due out next year. Basically a FPS set on an alien planet, with terrain similar to mad max style.

The thing that got my attention was the amount of weapons at your disposal......600,000 And no that wasn't a typo error, the amount of weapons is just unreal.
Plus fully customisable vehicles, with about 100,000 different combinations

So anyone else heard of this game?

Yeah iv seen some cut-scene footage, didnt really impress me much to be honest.

no not yet, i just remember reading an artical in a 360 magazine bout a year ago.

Wondered if anyone knew any more about the game

There keeping it very hush hush, just the previews on youtube. There is some E3 gameplay footage on youtube as far as i can remember... Sounds awesome tho, very nonlinear. Go where you want do what you want kind of thing. Pickup the storyline as you go

I think its the free roaming side of things that appeals to me. I kinda get fed up of games that only have one way to complete a level.

I want a game where i can achieve something by doing it a totally different way to someone else

im a thread digger lol well its now one year on and the game is epic i love it totally different and co op mode online just makes it better .., keeps me off mw2 anyway for a while so im happy 10/10 from me

well co op is single player just up to 4 people can play the same mission but the more playing the tougher the enemies m its like fallout 3 you can do the missions in any order and lots of small missions to do also .. there is 200,000 guns or combinations ...
great fun and since its in animation its different and keeps me from getting bored ...

i got this for xmas, only had a little go on it but seems orite. got stuck on a mission after repairing the station that spawns the vehicles you have to turn a switch on somewhere or something.
