They came on the car from Japan, as it was my friend who imported it for me, are you even able to buy reps in Japan lol?

Racing Harts sounds possible - Well from Japan as you said, your photo has the JWL and VIA mark on the rim. Via mark is for aftermarket parts in Japan and the design must be registered in Japan to use the mark.

I'd say there genuine jap wheels if they came on the car from japan but the only way to be sure is to take one off and see if there stamped on the back
