Connect Laptop To TV

older TV's will use S-VIDEO or composite, newer ones and LCD tv's will normally have a 15pin DSUB (VGA) input.

i run my computer through a 32" LCD TV :)

ive got my TV as monitor too :) using vga as it hdtv:p.

s-video is the input youll need most likly you can get a scart adaptor for an s-video lead but that dosnt carry audio. just video.

youll need a seperate output for that mate. possably just a headset port speakers or usb. unless your laptop has composite autio? (the red and white conectors)

does your tv have rca inputs?
if so you can connect from your headphone jack to the audio rca jack on the back of the tv. cheap cable
