just put a gearbox bolt back into the gearbox and then you can wedge a bar in the flywheel get someone to hold it while you take the pulley nut off

i said this in another post earlier, just be a 100% when re-fitting the crank pulley ,do it as tight as possible ,last person that done my timing belt did'nt do it up tight enough and the woodruff key was eating the crank pulley and luckily i did'nt need a new engine ,i taught my timing belt was going but the crank pulley was f**ked,so just bear in mind mate

Oh and dont try taking it off with an air chisel:p.Seen it done before and just cracked the pulley to bits.best get a puller:)

When your putting it back on put a drop of copper grease on the end of the crank, makes it a lot easier to get off again, mine just pulls off with my hands now.
