Creaking Polly Bushes

yo guys,

My car has devoloped an annoying suspension creak. I've checked pretty much everything and the only other thing I can think of that it's the Polly bushes in my front control arms, that are making the noise.
I had a look online and one of the old sckool suspension gurus suggested wrapping a bit of Teflon tape around the bushes and regressing them?

Has anyone else got any other suggestions, or am I just going to have to get used to re-greasing them regularly?

Thanks

Any poly Bush should be greased when fitting them bud, wouldn't hurt to grease them up. All bushes need periodically greased but 99% of folk cba or just dont know :)

I greased them up with the stuff they supplied with them....although it wasn't an awful lot tbh. But with using the car quite frequently recently, I'm guessing they re due a re-grease :)

In the past I've found a good blast of white lithium grease helps to track down the offending bush. Remove it and smoother as required.
