Unlike the post above i wouldn’t recommend using a wet blaster on the rust as your just encouraging more moisture.

A small grinder will do what you need as its not that far gone.

So, as per my post at the top of this post, youll know you cant learn/ teach this trade overnight.

To answer your question, yes i do, 6 years working directly along side someone with over 30. Check out my build thread to get a general idea of what i can do.
