Well just as i was ready to put the GT off the road back inJune to do some work the window was down about 4 inches and just stopped. No noise of struggle, nothing. So just ended up throwing a sheet over the car. As time went on ive being doing work on 2 mates cars and not had time to even start work on the GT.
Todayi decided to try get the regulator out to get the window up as the cover was leaving bad marks on the paint. Ended up taking the motor apart and cleaning all the gears inside and refitting with new grease, to my suprise the window is working perfect again.
So anyone with a similar problem check gears inside motor for anything caught or blocking them before u go looking a new motor.
