You mean to convert to a turbo?
You'll need the engine, engine loom, interior loom, dash. Plus if you want it to look like a glanza, the body parts as well.
If you already got a 4efte then everything is a swap over.

You can do a rear disc conversion, but nearly everyone has stayed with the drums, brake bias is more towards the front anyway, so save the money and invest in some decent front brakes.
The only problem you will encounter is that there is not enough room to run a exhaust system down by the gearbox as far as i'm aware, nearly everyone has a side exit. To upgrade the power it will be same as any other 4efte engine :)

ive only ever seen one disc conversion and it was a custom made jobbie using celica bits. there is no bolt on rear disc conversion.
i have a full 2.5 inch system on my ep85

we have run ours on track and they brake fine with decent fronts on. they also arent the weedy drums that are on the na uk starlets- its a larger version. also means no mot nightmares with handbrake problems(bar the cables).

i have a full 2.5 custom system with exhaust valve at back. the guy who did it had a lot of bother keeping close to the transfer box case so it wouldnt sit low, also used a mandrel bent section to get over the rear axle- all that effort and its louder than weejohns side exit!
