faulty intake sensor?

hi. just want to ask if how many ohms is the resistance of intake temperature sensor at normal operating temp? my cel throw-ed code 24 the other night after thrashing the car out. checked the resistance at normal operating temp its 960 ohms

I got 2.6K ohms at room temperature and that dropped to 21.K when I held the end of the sensor in my hand.

Your reading seems very low but the sensor is slow operating so it usually only reads the temp of the inlet manifold and not the air in it.

Have a look at this before considering buying a stock replacement sensor.
