Finally got my excess back!!

Well its been since Oct12th when my car was written off and thats my solicitor just managed to get my excess back from the third Party.
Was a nice surprise cos am fcukin skint and a totally forgot all about it.
the £400 will pay ma holiday!

Just waiting on my injury compensation now!! happy days!

wicked mate, glad you got that sorted.

Was it a complicated claim? i put a claim in back in oct 07 when someone ran into the back of me and had my compensation, car back and car money back within 3 months.

I must of been lucky.

Kinda mate, just elephant took forever to offer me decent money, even then i was dissapointed with my final payout.

Most unhelpful insurers ever imo!

Yeah mate, was off work over a month with cracked ribs, shoulder pains, neck pains, hip and wrist pains.
still been gettin physio on ma hip.
