Got this the other week. I've had VTI's and SIR's and got bored of them fairly quick but love this

Cool cars, they handle great in the twisties. Health to enjoy Danno!

Cheers

Yeah its unreal in the bends and the low down torque means I can tip around in 5th and 6th so no need to be dropping gears the whole time.

Have to get new tires, busted one on a rock Saturday and put two Avon Zv5's on the front and there useless lol

Good car, nice looking and handles well. How fast does it feel compared to a starlet running around 200 bhp? Also how it's like on Fuel?

It actually feels pretty quick, the K series has a nice bit of torque standard (145ft lbs) for an N/A.

In terms of actual speed a 200bhp EP would be quicker ( i wouldn't imagine a massive amount, enough to win a drag though) in a straight line providing it could get the power down.
Top end the the DC5 is the quicker car I think.

But on the bends there's no contest, the DC5 is extremly good through the corners in standard form.

I had a 220bhp GT on coilover's and a rear strut, uprated disk's (no diff) and while still very good in the bends over stock it simply wouldn't be able to carry the same speeds through bends.

As for MPG, I'm just tipping around in 5th and 6th 95% of the time and getting between 35-40mpg. Averaging 37ish. Its not 100% accurate,I didn't measure litres etc just went from petrol light to petrol light.
