Hi guys new to the forum from nz. Just looking for some advice on a new car ive picked up. Its a EP-95 4WD STARLET. Im looking at doing either a gt4 celica transplant or toyota caldina gtt conversion. Any help, advice and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance from New Zealand

EP85 is the early, smaller version of the EP95 so it is possible with enough desire.

welcome aboard, hope you enjoy the car and be safe.
i don't want to come over as a downer, as i do like projects, but given the extremely high costs,lots of time and custom fabrication required for what you want to do...may be you can add a turbo 4efte/5efte to you options, it would be much easier to install and far less costly, while being able to make decent power...these engines will also keep the car closer to manufacturer's specs (weight distribution, suspension geometry, etc.)
and be careful with the drive train, it seems capable, but needs to be respected/maintained and driven sensibly ...adding significant power over oem specs and abusing it could lead to some failures as with any 4wd system....as well some parts seem hard to get nowadays based on some past treads on the forum
