Its the 17 year olds mammy and daddys that pay there insurance for them, cuz there not fit to bust there holes every day to work for it
When I was 17 I was paying my own insurance on a 94 GT turbo, insured correctly and I had to worked hard for the money. I'm not having a go,its just not every one is the same,so usually a blanket statement doesn't work and it doesn't solve your situation.

Seeing as its 20 years old and your 25,have you tried classic insurance?

Not trying to spam here but I just renewed my insurance with a company called express insurance (who I think are a broker) for £570.54. Never heard of them before up until today so might be worth a try for you as it's very cheap for me.
