HTC Desire HD reviews anyone?

Thought id ask on here as theres like millions of starlet owners

Anyone got 1 or know anyone with 1 as im swinging towards buying 1 but just want to know what they like.

I have used one, they are nice handsets and a good alternative to iPhone. I would suggest going to a store and trying one out though before you buy one as you may love it or hate it.

I aint gnas complain tbh mate i've had a sony ericsson w800i for about 7 years and it broke Saturday night so i ordered 1 last night now.

i would also like to know what peoples opinion on this phone is, as im bord with my iphone and have been waiting for the release of this phone

i been awaiting for it to.

will hopefully be going to have a play with it one evening this week or next to see whether it worth getting,

my shortlist is

1)htc desire hd
2)iphone 4
3) samsung galaxy s

i'm really hoping the htc is as good as i keep hearing it is.

Well imo, the original desire is actually better than the iphone4, unless you have no brain to use a phone.

so yes this will be awesome.

I wouldnt bother with the samsung ricky, stick with the big boys

the samsung is actually a very nice handset. Also the "no brain" comment... hmmm ... you hardly need a masters to work the desire either - they spend a lot of money making the interfaces user-friendly.

Just what i want to hear mine comes Thursday i opted for this over iphone 4, 3gs, samsung galaxy s, sony ericsson x10 so im hoping its quite good

Yer i got it yesterday, damn i love it i can't really say whats good like as everyone else will be like their phones got it or something as im in love after owning my last phone for 7 years, it seems better than my mates iphone the screen is crisp i haven't watched any films on it yet. The sound quality is amazing i got the wallpaper set as a map which shows me where i am at all times.

I haven't used it that much tbh im getting used to stuff. Think i made a mistake by sync'ing the phone to my facebook as i have ever persons phone number from my facebook somehow.

The touch screen is dead responsive and with the bigger screen typing is so easy

I don't know what else to say its soo fast you can have a fair few apps open and it doesn't slow down at all the internet is really fast when not in a wi-fi spot.

Really Impressed with my mates Samsung Galaxy worked pretty well! the HTC's not too bad either, May get one for a 'second phone' as the iPhone 4 is awesome but the actual phone gays out sometimes! (not often but still annoying when it does it)

HTC does everything from what i can gather playing on my mate iphone 4 does and better tbh.

Sat nav is mint and free, 1 click and you can find the nearest pubs, restaurants, atms, parking etc good for me as i travel alot.

Downloaded a film from bitcomet banged it on the phone and picture and sound quality is amazing.
