Its a type of curry, which is fairly spicy and tastes slightly different from other types of curries as it uses mustard and some sort of acidic flavoring.....vinegar (?)...Anyways its good and especially good with chappatis and a nice dipping sauce such as a mint yogart sauce and a side salad..............

Now that does sound great Marco! A local pub here has/sells this acidic chillymayo achar sauce, its super! Love it on the pizza!
