Idle Problem??

When cold sits between 1500rpm & 2000rpm. when warm 1200rpm & 1500Rpm, is this a problem??

yes it is. check your tps and adjsut your idle when warm to about 800rpm and see what happens then. could also be a vacuum leak

the idle adjuster is on the right hand of the inlet manifold, normally under a black rubber bung...

adjust it to 800 whilst the car is running and see if it improves

Check there is no split hosing from the dump valve to the inlet mani. i had the same problem with my gt

just put new hosing on, on sunday
