Inlet opening angle

Hey guys,

My car finally went in today for forging :rockon:

I need some info from you.

My tuner wants to know what is the inlet opening angle (degrees) and also the full lift inlet is at what crank angle (degrees). I have stock cams, but using Zisco uprated valve springs.

1.2mm metal head gasket with a 8.2:1 74.5 pistons.

how do we differentiate between 4efte and 5efhe cams? any numbers inscribed in them?
Im building my engine and seems ive got mixed up with the cams. dunno which is which.
