Hi,
I'm nearly 20 and was thinking about getting a starlet gt so I was just trying to find out about insurance.

What's the best insurance company to go with?

Im 21 and been with Quinn Direct for 3 years now on starlet gts and glanzas with no problem. Dont know what their quotes are like on the mainland though.

One thing though... ensure it for what it is, not what it says on the log book as many people do...

I'm 20 and with admiral and they gave me the best quote for a gt. I didn't really want to go with them because they are w@nkers, but seeing as it was like £300 cheaper than the next nearest I bit the bullet.

i went with admiral this year as quinns couldnt insure my gt anymore, pretty reasonable price they give me on a multicar policy! im 23 3 yrs no claims 550 fully comp. declared import gt turbo and mods!

Did quinn say why they couldnt insure it?

im with adrian flux with all my 3 starlets!

i was with elephant for a year with one of my GT's, but they dont insure more than about 3 mods or something stupid so had to go with a specialist insurer.

i was with sky last year they will be nice and helpfull till they get the policy set up then after that u seem to get that extra specail customer service were u wanna smash ur head agaist a wall.

move to A-plan this year smashed skys quote and had a couple calls to them and have went miles out there way to help. as aposed to sky who decided to just delete my thread in there forum section when i complained on here about the service they give
