You would be wanting to have your fuel/air checked after, possibly a pressure regulator ? Interesting as I've 315cc 3sge set here :)

hmm so you mean a fuel pressure regulator to be able to adjust fuel? also can it be tuned on stock ecu?
you got brand new 3sge injectors?

I would think if you have a stock setup and go from stock injectors 295? to 315 the ECU will trim just fine?
Thinking that people run larger turbos on stock ecu.
 
i'd suggest you stick with oem/stock 295cc injectors...probably get them cleaned and flow tested by a reputable place...no need for a retune, money saved
the flow rating on the 3sge injectors have various flow rates on the internet---315cc - 350cc which is a relatively wide gap....this may affect stock ecu fuel control capabilities ...then there's always the question of the fuel pressure used to determine the flow rates and between the cars themselves
