Jam Racing ECU Q's

i have one of these.
I heard its meant to speed cut but it still seems to hit it when it gets to 230 kph in 4th (guessin as speedo doesnt go that far)
what else does it do apart from raise rev limit and give more tourque

well it starts at about 5k ,feels like i got a kick up the arse

ummm strange... Iv had Compared Blitz Vs Jams and the Jams had a beeter reaction time where as the Blitz had an agressive Top End
