might have to get one if i dont find another way. Only has 110mph on the clock dont know about that, but do appreciate it as its the best shot i have. thanks

do you know what the gt turbos restricted to speed wise? and how do you take of the restriction

Handy fitted if you take your time.

All JDM imports have a 113mph speed restrictor (even the scoobies, etc). To be honest if you haven't won by 100 you've lost. The 4EFTE isn't really going to give you much more above the restrictor. 0-100 is where these cars excel. To remove it you either fit a speed cable convertor or a HKS Speed Limit Defencer (SLD). The former will make your needle read in MPH against the stock KMPH figures on your dial. Might be an option if you aren't fussy on a dual reading.

I think the speedo cablewould be a better choice as i dont really want to mess with clocks too much, i have had a look on ebay cant seem to find any...

Doing it the overlay way also means the odometer is still counting in KM's which makes it much easier to explain to a buyer if you ever sell the car.
