When i accelerate round a corner and turn left or right i get a knocking noise until i straighten up again. I need to turn alot it doesnt make knocking noises if it's a slight corner only when i really need to turn the wheel. What could it be and how much is it gonna cost to fix?

Inner or outer cv joint?
it may be a long shot mate, but it will be cheap if this is what it is. check the exhaust is on all its mounting points and check if there is much movement in it. i had the same problem every time i turned left. checked every thing and it sounded to me like it was coming from the front left wheel. turned out the exhaust had slipped off the rear rubber and the center section was knocking against the under side when turning. simple i know but every one who heard the noise would have thought it was driveshaft/cv related. worth a look.

Same thing with mine. Mine was makeing a real loud knock when I turned left. Had a look and it was the exhaust being a bitch.
