hi all

i changed my clutch yesturday wit my dad. got it all in an back together. tha problem is wen i took it for a test drive the car was all over the road an i had to pump the brake peddle to get it to stop.

so i took the wheel off an found that my drive shafts wernt tight as there is alot of play in them. i thot they wer tight enough tho. is there a surtain way to put them in or is it just a case of tighting the nuts on up as they r quite tight as it is?

is the nut coming loose? if so then the chances are it is your wheel bearings that need replacing aswell.

Otherwise tighten it a bit and put the split pin through it.

Also check to make sure your hubs are bolted to the control arms correctly, and everything else is tight.
