Sorry for the poor quality, the pic was taken of the screen at ECC.

As you can see the torque tails of quite fast especially on the nitrous, I think I know the cause of this.

Both runs are there, one with gas and without.

I must say it's hilarious flicking the switch, even in 3rd with full drag slicks it spins up redlining instantly, obviously this is totally usless on the strip as I discovered today.

I need time to get it setup and running proper.

I think coil packs/stand alone would help some, though I need to improve the flow through the engine. still running stock TB and inlet too.

have you got the back jacked right up

I have it up a bit, but I ran out of time yesterday, the left side is about 10mm taller than the right side and both need to go up another 30mm. Never got the front coilovers fitted intime to run the camber I wanted.

Also never got to fit the progressive nitrous controller that woulda let me run gas from the launch instead of fumbling with switches between gears.


I can't believe the gearbox and shafts are sticking it, terminal speeds (although slow times) are 118mph average.

Full standalone ecu on the cards yet?That thing on a motec with the anti lag would give kids nightmares :haha::haha::haha:

i would of kept the power graph quiet untill you got a good time:haha:

looks like tha nos brings the turbo in alot quicker tho:rockon:,

get the head and inlet done and you be on some crazy power dude:rockon:

Aye it crossed my mind to keep it hush hush lol, but the time will be ran that suits the power.

I had 6 runs today so thats 90secs of testing with a completly new setup in everyway from last year.

Here's an exceptionally poor quality vid from today on a fun run after the competition ended. 2nd gear launch on low boost no nos, 3rd on low boost but hitting nos, 4th high boost
+ nos, 5th high boost + nos though short.

Yes m8 its all about setup now. LOL 90secs is not along time to get ready, but in that 90secs u got faster by .5sec

So dont worry little more time and readjusting off things and she will be flying.

Aye totally different power band/delivery. the 13.2 I did was on a completly cocked up run. Roll on the 4th April

could not be more happy with this tbh we new on friday nite when we were tuning her it went well but flip me lol just need the set up of the car to be rite now and the times will come . not like theres not enuff hp lol
