i would say 440cc for this kit if you have a forged angine and can run high boost.

i'm seriously contemplating this kit as my hybrid is doing my nut in with it's boost issues

No need for 550's.

Real bad ecomony when on idle or stuck in traffic.

550cc's Im going for so I can run higher boost levels without the AFR's running at dangerous levels and so the duty cycles are not running to high either.

550'S will be way over for wat you need.

1.4 bar wont will need about 460 max, thats wat i used and had plenty of room left in the injectors also

Yup, you don't need 550's. I use them, but it was all that was in stock at the time.

hey lads,
manage to work out the prices of the new kits. we have decided to offer both kits with the option of a mild steel manifold. this option will be $100usd cheaper than the standard kit price..

full td04 kit--$2450usd shipped
full td04 kit with external wastegate option--$2800usd shipped

**please reduce $100 from the above mentioned price for either kit with mild steel manifold option.

many thanks..

Hi Sacha,

Can you do this kit without the FMIC as I already have one, if so how much would it be then??

hey mate..
it will fit a radiator upto around 1 1/2 times as fat as the thicker glanza radiator. if youre going with the external wastegate kit then there is not clearance as its the stock internal wastegate that takes up a lot of space...

ok that sounds pretty much what i want.

so, if i go for the external wastegate option (which is my ideal really any way) i will have plenty of room for thicker rads?
