john's sent us some pics...its apparent from the pics that the manifold we have supplied is fouling the ps pump as stated. may have sent john the wrong manifold my mistake. will be sending him a new manifold ASAP :)

we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience mate. regards...

not trying to jump on a band wagon, but both me and turbo grant from uksc bought kits around xmas time and both had to grind down the ps bracket or manifold flange in order for it to clear the ps bracket and fit. tbh was no major issue only took 5 mins with a dremmel and dosnt effect the mani in any way. also again both me and turbo grant run alloy civic rads with the wg off the mani and modded the supplied wg extension (that places it near the gear box) and used that as a screamer pipe. this mani also acomidates the lager series of scooby turbos, i run a vf24 on it with no clearance issue concerning turbo size atal.

few pics, as you can see its close but clears, i used custom made brackets to mount the rad and it uses a slim line spal fan.

no problem shorty...thanks for posting...this makes 3 manifolds so far with this same complaint. we've made adjustment to our jig to compensate for the power steering clearance..so this will not be an issue any longer...much appreciate the feed back...i always encourage it because it helps us further improve our product

i never had any fitment problems with mine and im running a vf35 turbo. i am running a slimmer na rad which does run quite close to the water lines though.

i have this kit and theres only 3 problems i have

the wastegate has rubbed near on a hole through my rad
the screamer pipe fouls the bottom radiator hose so it may burn through
the airfilter hits an pushes the oil filter so its extremly tight and cause the seal to leak a little

has been fixed after your intitial complaint a while back, no longer and issue

you need to fabricate some sort of air intake pipe and fit the filter onto that mate

see how shorty has fabricated his intake? the intake can also be done like how we provide it with it placed behind the fog lamp.

none of it has been fixed dude , all ive done is prevented the rubbing between wastegate and radiator with a piece of rubber , same with the screamer pipe ive placed a piece of rubber betwen it and it doesnt matter where i relocate the filter too the inlet from the td04 sits at such an angle that the turbo housing its self nearly hits the filter so as soon as i place the silicone on the turbo it touches

the only way for it not to touch would be to mesh it

took me years to find the right bend for the filter tbh, as alot you will buy will be to long and rub the oil filter housing, is a common issue with all manis. iv had alot of different mani's from various manufactures (always come back to WEPR though! second to none imo) yo need the shortest quickest bend to solve the issue. im very happy with my mani, as like i said above although there was a few minor fitting issues it was easily solved. on a side note sacha i may pm you at some point as i may need to discus a custom decat to fit the mani, nothing wrong with the one i have its just iv heard on the ep85 the exhuast may not line up to a ep82/91 decat due to the 4wd system. will try and fit it and will keep in touch over it ;)

yes, clearance is tight between the oil filter and compressor outlet..but you can still get a hose on there.. maybe you can try use something that is thinner... single or even double ply is adequate as the hose does not see much pressure..mostly suction.

sorry i should have clarified..when i said 'fixed' i meant that the new manifolds will not have this issue.

Ive manged to get a pipe on my turbo with the ramhorn manifold ;) Fairly simple to.
Use a bit of common sense and you will get one on there no problem.
The space i have is even tighter due to the mocal thermo plate pushing the filter out.

My wastegate is positioned the same way as shorty, loads of clerance with the Civic rad.

No problems with fitting of the kit either. :)

this is what i have on the inlet of my turbo. its the wepr inlet pipe that ive cut up and got welded at the angle i wanted then a few bits of silicon.
