No Boost!

I have TD04 with running 1bar with HKS actuator and AVCR boost controller.

All was fine until yesterday, boosting fine at 1bar.
Drove the car then last night and was getting no boost, about .05bar is all.
It seemed to start spooling as normal and then just no more boost.

Ive checked actuator, its moving in and out fine.
Dumpvalve doesnt seem to be leaking.

I ran boost straight off the actuator earlier and it reached .2bar only. Same as before, starts to spool as mormal but then just stops building boost.

No smoke or strange noises from anything.

Could it be just a bad boost leak?
I cant hear any whistle though, just the sound of the turbo

And even though its boosting so low it still puts on 2 lights on the rev gauge

Disconnect the actuator and see if the wastegate feels ok.
Take the air filter off and see if the turbo spins freely enough

reset the boost controller to factory settings it could of shift itself a little, I would have the actuator turned out to 0.5/0.6 then give it 1bar with the boost controller.

When I was pulling the actuator arm I could hear the wastegate closing inside so dont think the flap has come off, happened me with 2 ct9's before though ha
And my td04 has the compressor housing with the trunk so cant reach in to spin it!

I'll try tighten shorten the actuator to see if it will boost more and then try reset boost controller.
It's surely something simple, just to find it though!

Sprayed some WD40 into solenoid and it got boost up to .6bar then.
But also found a crack in my mani so that probably explains some of it.
Be welded during the week, should sort it

Must just want more time, money and sweat thrown at it just. To be expected lol.

And I was planning on treating it to a few bits soon, this is the thanks I get! ha
Was planning on heatwrapping the mani anyway, I've a reason to take it off now

check intercooler pipes, happened me 1 time i thought i had a blown turbo, turns out there was a tiny chunk gone out of a part of I/C pipe dat was bumpin off the gearbox, best to check every pipe and joiner
