Happened recently in Russia, real CCTV footage. What annoys me that she didn't even get a sentence in prison as she is pregnant and by law can't go to prison until the child is 14 year old....

That is crazy, shes more worried about herself and her car than the two people she just hit at what looks like about 40mph! No one even bats an eyelid and the two people that got hit are just led there probably unconcious and everyone is just walking past and don't give two shits.
The society that some people live in is ridiculous, and I hope to say that we'll never see anything like that happen over here.

That's fucking awful that no body goes to help the people she hit, complete bastards. The driver may not have realised she hit anyone due to shock or whatever, you do some crazy shit after a crash (I crawled down the fast lane of the M1), but so sad. Just goes to show to you all enjoy life whilst you can as you just don't know what's round the corner.

problem is, people dont want to become involved with something like that.

some of those people may be going to work, if they are late they may end up with no job, the excuse that they were tending to dying people may not wash with their boss. its a selfish way to think, but if thyey loose their job and cannot suppr their families then they may not want to risk that.

i know it is bad, but the way the world is, makes us like that. similar scenarios arise everyday, obviously its not quite as sever as that in most instances.

First thing she did after the accident is walked around the car to see if it was damaged badly or not.

The only reason I can think of why nobody offered any help to those 2 sisters hit by a car, is because everyone thought they're already dead! And Dac69er - made a good point here, it's a cruel world, people don't give a monkey, many people would care more about the pets rather then other people. The car is JDM import Toyota Corolla by the way.

For those who didn't know, there are no benefits in Russia, another words once you without the job, you will be left outside on the street, and nobody even pays attention to those left outside, most of them die in the winter when it gets to -30C and below. But it helps the government a lot, as most of the people have the jobs as they have no other choice.

heard about something similar like this in america the other day a young girl ran over a child and sped off dragging the wee girl (the wee girl luckily survived, with minor scratches miraculously), the young girl driving then sped off hitting another car, folk ran over and pulled the keys out the ignition as the driver was still trying to get away, all because she never had a driving license.
