you may not have directly stated that i personally failed as admin, but from your posts it could be taken that you were inferring that none of us took it seriously, that would include admin in "us", and me in "admin". but i take your point.
if this is the incident with Captain Starlet I believe at the time i was involved quite a bit with that situation - i certainly recall a number of PMs regarding a bad sales transaction. yes, you were both on our forum, but i counter that by saying that not all transactions with Idrees on UKSC have gone 100% smoothly and i dont think he will mind me saying so as its not a defamation of his character, simply an acknowledgement that not all transactiosn go smoothly, and he is VERY active, but this does not mean that he is a dodgey trader. therefore, the inference that i should pay more attention to negative reports from active members cannot always hold true. as admin i have to take each incident seperately. but yes i agree, at that time you guys were properly mauled, i dont question that.
i also agree that the "them and us" shit is unnecessary, i have worked for yrs with Jay to try to put a halt to it, and i dont permit it on UKSC when i see it.
as i said, i can only praise you for your actions here on TGTT with trying to help resolve this situation for those that Dan has wronged. that shows dedication as a member and as a friend to those on this and any other forum.
i simply wanted to acknowledge that although issues with dan were brought to light quite early on UKSC, I couldnt predict that it would develop into this catastrophe with Riko et al. and i feel its unfair to give UKSC a negative rap over it. yes his mates jumped to his defence, but to be fair, that can only be expected. as the situation got worse, so his friends got fewer and fewer. thats the nature of such things. i doubt he'd find too much support there now due to his actions, but at the time was perceived as an honest and upstanding member by the majority of our site, hence people reasily defending him. its understandable to be perfectly honest.
i didnt come on for an argument as i've been watching this on UKSC with Riko as well as here, but a UKSC voice was called for when we were named dude sorry.

G5EGM, you recieved your parts 3 days after you purchased them from me, the carbon fiber wings were in absoloute perfect condition when they left here, there was insurance on them for 28 days and covered upto £500, but who the fuck waits nearly 2 months before they open the parcel to check if there ok???????? not my problem, you lost out there, not me, its your fault for not checking it straight away, not mine. get over it.
Riko you will be recieving your payment on the 18th or 28th like i explained to you on the phone, im unsure what date i get paid exactly, you knew that because i spoke to you 2 hours ago, so id appreciate no more bull shit about me.
Martin, il ring you again next week as the gearbox will be collected from me by a different courior AGAIN, so you will get sorted for sure.
Captain Starlet, i sold a turbo on behalf of a mate, and he ensured me it was sent, then soon i as i found out he didnt send it, i phoned you to explain, and sent it out straight away and you recieved it the following day before 12pm. Did i not??? so dont say i scammed you at all cos you know full well i didnt.
All you that think i have scammed, cheated or stole from anybody, then your wrong, why would i give out my home address, work address, numbers etc??? if i were a con man?
i know this has dragged on far too long, alot has gone on for me the past few months, its no excuse, i fucked up. But things have been sorted.
Rather than people bitching about me who dont know me etc, then stop, and stop saying you will come to my house and blah blah blah, you wouldnt, keyboard warriors is all you are and you know full well you wouldnt come down.
The problems are between myself, rico and martin, the problems are being sorted, and will be done in the next couple weeks. Anybody who thinks i owe them something like G5EGM & Captain Starlet, then im affraid you are wrong. G5EGM aint my fault you dont check your parts straight away, and captain starlet, you know full well i never scammed you, i sorted the problem out straight away and you know i did, so dont slag me off pal.

as above, G5EGM, you are not my problem, i loved them carbon wings to bits and they left here perfectly, if your that stupid to have only checked the parcel with carbon fibre in it 2 months after you got it, then hard luck, i paid extra for 28day insurance, you should have checked it.
I havent tried letting it blow away, or swept under the carpet like so many of you think i would do, you dont know anything about me, so stop talking like you do, im a decent lad and not running away from my problems, alots gone on for me (no excuses), but it will be sorted.
the end of the day, this situation is getting sorted, so give it 2 weeks, and that will be it, done.
Id apreciate it if only adults with something constructive to say to reply to my messages, the children and keyboard warriors will have to leave there comments out of it.

Before trying to talk about something that you know nothing about, Captain starlets turbo that i supplied never had a crack in it at all, he bought it from me and it had the wrong back piece to it, again, not my fault he bought the wrong one. The only other turbo i have sold is a ct9 which did have a crack in it.
With regards to G5EGM, my statuatory rights as a seller?, i took extra insurance out for him, aint my problem if he opens it 2 months after he had recieved them to find there smashed to fuck. For all i know he could of done it himself.

yes you did you sent me a message stating you had got a tracking number emailed to you you were at work you will get it when you finish . That night i heard nothing from you then on saturday you took the huff stating i will not be getting this tracking number.

now there's no need to be nasty dan...all i was doing was letting people know my dealings with urself.
I know it was my fault for not opening the parcel soon enough but it would of been nice to get some sort of response from u...or even the correct info in the first place! U said u were going to look for the receipt of the delivery but i heard nothing from u, instead i read this thread to find out the insurance only lasted 28 days. So why couldn't u of sent a PM my way letting me know that u'd found it?
I think its pretty weak to find out through a public thread the details of a sale that any decent seller would hav told the buyer the conditions of the delivery insurance when the item was sent.
Shame u can't except some responsiblity...end of the day its me who's having to pay for the repair!
