Hi

Go for a 5w-40 synthetic in the engine.

http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-656-5w-40.aspx

Out of those, the best ones are the Fuchs/Silkolene Pro S, Millers CFS, Motul 300V, Redline and Gulf Competition. The Motul 8100 X-Cess, Millers XFS, Fuchs Supersyn, Shell Helix and Mobil Super 3000 are good, cheaper alternatives. For track use, go for one of the better ones.

You need an MTF for the gearbox and I would go with the Redline MTL, Amsoil MTF or Fuchs Sintofluid.

http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-670-75w-80-75w-85-mtfs.aspx

The diff takes a 75w-90 or straight 90 LSD oil. Millers CRX, Fuchs Syn 5, Redline GL5, Motul 90PA or Fuchs Gear 90LS are ideal.

I'd go for a good 5w-40. If you are looking for well priced ones, keep an eye on our offers section. At the moment the Fuchs Pro S, Gulf Competition, Mobil Super 3000 and Millers XFS are all on good deals. We're having a bit of a stock check at the moment, so there may be some stuff that we overstocked on that will be on offer soon.

I'm at home, so don't have my databases, but I think it's just under a litre. From memory the gearbox takes 1.5L and the engine needs 5L.

if so could you point me in the direction of the best one? and im also unsure of how much id need to fill the gearbox!
was told you know a good gearbox oil when it smells of cat wee :S is that true? haha!

I tend not to go sniffing cat wee, so I'm not sure, but Quaife only recommend the Fuchs Syn 5, so go for that.

I'm going to go with the 5w40 Millers XFS oil! Good price for 6ltrs :)

Don't mean to be cheeky but is there any discounts for being on here or special discount codes? :p

EDIT: Would you say i'm better going for the XFS (Full Synthetic) or the XSS (Part synthetic)? This is the info on my car so you don't have to look back :p

Hi

Go for the XFS. As it's at a reduced price and with a free litre, there aren't any discount codes for it.
