Oil Pressure & Temp gauges..help please

Some say a specific greddy unit fits fine(never got the specific part number). Also heard a few people in the Netherlands fit the d1 spec sandwich plate without grinding anything.

Haven't tried them myself so can't confirm if this is true or not. I'll be running the relocation setup and oil temp sensor on the relocation bracket myself once I have time to get them fitted.
About the relocation radiator kid I couldn’t find anything available. It’s a good idea to keep the temperature low but definitely not just to attach a few sensors. If you have a link let me know because I would buy the relocation kit for that purpose. Thanks

The one James posted, I have ones of those laying here to go on the glanza ones the turbo is off(for oil pressure).

The relocation bracket is with regards to the standard 4efte unit which is used to move the oil filter to a different position. Specifically the blanked port on the side of the oil filter housing(James also mentioned this). But I'm not sure yet if the oem blanking plug inside the port is shorter than the m16 adapter bolt, if this blanking plug is shorter the oil flow could potentially be hindered to some degree.

If an relocation kit is already installed to move the pressure sensor for an oil pressure gauge, this should be visible on the gauge. Can also check the hole in the relocation bracket(marked with red square).

I'll get into contact with one of the Dutch people running the relocation bracket, get one myself and test it. Ones I confirmed fitment I'll get back to you. (this is for the d1 spec one)

The greddy unit which supposedly doesn't require any shaving:

Measured the adapter I have at 16mm including the head and the actual threaded part is 11mm. So that would worry me a bit.

I just ordered the d1 spec adapter after confirming it was the right one, I'll get back ones I have it and tested fitment.
I think that the d1 would be smart. Otherwise I could cut the oil temp adaptor to try to fit it in the blanked bolt and put the oil pressure adaptor i. The OEM oil pressure location in the front right of the engine. Otherwise I could use the oil pressure extension and screw in the side the oil temp adaptore making a T.

Anyway these are the fwi adaptors I bought before buying the sandwich from Holland.

The second one might work as I mentioned before or I could wait for your feedback and buy the lateral oil filter relocation block you mentioned. Dovyou have a link to check it out?

Finally got the 2 gauges fitted. The pressure gauge works fine but for some reason the temp gauge is not working. I got this fitted by a garage so not sure what could be the reason for it not to work.

The temp sensor is the bit that looks slightly frayed on the end with two wires coming out.
his is what I’m gonna do adter trying every solution. Hard to fit an adaptor on the blanked bolt on the oil filter relocation bracket. The dept isn’t enough to fit both adaptor and sensor.

Guys. I’m still trying to figure out what to do to get this gouges work without touching the steering pump bracket or ruining the sandwich plate that will obviously leak. This method here with the sensor extension sounds good to me but I heard if you critiques. On my side it would work because if everything is sealed then both pressure and oil temperature would be fine. Again I want a solution. I already bought the sandwich that didn’t work and I bought the two adapters that I would like to use to get my gouges working. What do you suggest?

You would need to check that buddy, I've no idea what size is needed but that is the style I would use.
Jay or someone could confirm the size, my GT is miles away from the house currently
I feel like there is no clean job for these gouges. The last guy I spoke to on eBay told me that his clients by the sandwich plate and adopt the bracket. I hate the idea of trimming the original steering pump bracket.

Should receive the sandwichtplate tomorrow, do not think it is going fit since it would need about 4 or 3mm of space to fit.

Going to try and fit it first or second of January.

couldn't test yet sorry, the inner thread of the adapter I got is damaged. Always lucky I guess.

Currently in contact with the seller and looking what will be the result. Worst case I need to get a new adapter which will take quite a bit of time.

Note: I do not have AC so can't check clearance for the AC.

Thanks for the update. I’m sorry you got the parts damaged. In the meantime I bought the sandwich plate that I will keep there until we will trim the steering pump bracket that I really didn’t want to touch.

D1 spec doesn't fit seems it requires another 3mm before it would fit. Currently checking the diffrences with the other Dutchie. If his plate is also 74mm there is something intressting going on(his was stock when fitted).

Yes I am very curious to know which sandwich plate fits without read touching the bracket. Otherwise this weekend I will have to take it off and modify it.

His oil plate is also 74mm and fits(completely stock, but maybe something happend in Japan before he owned it). Only thing that could be possible is that the oil filter relocation bracket and the power steering bracket on mine can be rotated a tiny bit which could give it enough space, but I doubt it for now.

Will be pulling the engine out so I can replace all seals soon and get the engine cleaned aswell and try then.
