Orc 309d clutch kit

Hello fellow starlet connoisseurs. Thinking about getting a orc 309d somewhere Q2 next year. But a few things I'm not sure about yet.

Anybody has recent experience with one?

Read they make a bit of noise?

How bad is the drivability of these clutches(Is it a true on/off clutch or is the biting point steep but still linear like stock)?

Is the the flywheel lightweight or similar to stock?

No idea about that one bud but,
The Rep had a excedy racing clutch and it was pretty much like a switch. I didn't really mind but it could be a bit annoying in stop/start traffic going into big shows, meets etc. Not sure if it had the flywheel done but it liked to rev its 86.6hp right out :D

Was the exedy one a paddle clutch or metal disc? Did it contain any springs or was it unsprung?

Most likely going with the orc clutch since it is cost about the same as a competition clutch with flywheel landed. Mostly wondering if it has a lightweight flywheel since it isn't really mentioned in the description. I know there is a silent version but I guess the metal rattling adds to the experience an it won't be my daily anyway. At least it gives a audible reason why I keep stalling it like a leaner :p

I have the ORC 309d in my glanza, it rattles when the clutch peddal is pressed, much better pedal feel than the os giken twin plate

Are the the flywheels with the units lightweight? Do you find the rattling overwhelming?

I did look into the os giken but it is either more expensive or the same price with a pressed steel pressure plate cover which I do not like for longevity.

I actually like the rattle, proper racing car noise lol, i have not compared the weights of the flywheels, but with the orc it seems to rev faster so im assuming its lighter
