are these injectors plug & play ?

The injectors will fit but the plug fitment is square so the plugs need to be wired in to fit them in . Only 2 wires so not to not to bad to do

are the injectors high impedance?

if not they are no good unless you have the resistor pack

they are high independence I brought them for my td04 set up but the 295s worked fine with the setup I have so don't need them now
