Passenger side driveshaft seal?

My car is leaking a little gear box oil and it appears to be coming from the inner cv area on the passenger driveshaft.

So my question is, is there a seal as such there or do I just need a new cv boot?

Or is there another place it could be leaking from?

could be the boot or the seal, hard to know mate.!

there is a seal that can be changed but its a bit awkard to do if you dont have ramps!

I think it's called the inboard joint seal or something like that. You will need to remove the driveshaft and get new oil for the gearbox when changing this seal.

Well it will be something I'll do when the clutch is changed.

If there is a seal then it must be that which is leaking,as surely the cv boot would only let out grease when it splits.

I need to have another good look and make sure thats where the oil is coming from.
