people with HID kit

Just bought an HID kit for my starlet, but are they hard to fit? and were did you guys mount the ballast box?
Maybe you guys have some pics of the ballast box mounted in the engine room.

5 min job ... I put the ballasts on the outer sides of the engine bay. One next to the fuse box and the other next to the overflow radiator tank

one next to fuse box, other just behind the lamp.

drivers side ballast box is stuck onto the water bottle, passenger one i routed it behind the fuse box in the wing so you couldn't see it, very neat

NOW thats too much, with the fog HID.
Saw some Jap hide their ballasts behind the wing panel on both sides.

a good place to mount the ballast would be behind the indicators. Remove the indicator lamps and secure it to the chassis, nice place outta reach and sight after fitment.
