PhP Blog Software

[Monkfish]

I'm in need of some PhP blogging software for a little Project I am working on. I've had a look about and found a couple, but I need extra bits and bobs to get them to work and I'm not the best at setting these things up.

If anyone can point me in the direction of a decent free PhP blog software that requires as little setting up as possible, that would be great. Or even a non-PhP solutions.
