Non forged on goin problem... Changed to a tripple core half rad, tried many caps but the water still goes in to over flow bottle, also changed the thermostat, no air bubbles.

Years ago on the forged set up starbo with the half rad had same issue, used a radom cap of a Nissan it solved the problem.

Would a 1.6 bar cap help?

Thanks Fiz.

When I put the half size triple in mine the needle never went above 1/3 off the way, new heater matrix and system was flushed at the time and it was all good bud, water level was always spot on aswell. My fan runs all the time too coz fucked air con out for more horsepower
