Rare Corolla's??

I came across these rollas online a few weeks ago. Look really cool. Wondered if @Jay or anyone else could shed anymore light on them?

Yea they look class bud maybe OZ or NZ plates possibly African plates in that 2nd pic

Can never say I ever seen them before but have to say looks quite cool, looks like Australian registered plates ( 2nd photo I mean)

Think I've a few brochures on them - the Corolla II.

Derivatives of the regular Corolla, the States got these as the Tercel. Typical mid 80's styling gives them a great look. They even did a Turbo:

That has a bit of a 323 Mazda look to it, I had the early 323 4x4 turbo, it was hilariously quick for what it was
